When it comes to finishing options, TUPACK offers a wide range of possibilities to showcase your product in the best possible light. For decoration, we use UV printing inks and coatings that help reduce energy consumption and are applied in combination with appropriate protective coatings. Hot-stamping foils that have been specifically designed to work with our coatings and are recyclable help to maintain the recycling loop.
Our process developed in-house, in which the closure is welded directly onto the edge of the tube — without the need for an additional tube head. This allows us to specifically reduce material usage, simplify construction and create a solution that is particularly resource-efficient with a modern, clean design. Combined with our high-quality screen printing technology, this process sets new standards for efficiency and sustainability. Currently, this innovative solution is used exclusively with Ø30, 35, 40 and 50 oval tubes, opening up new possibilities in design and implementation in this area.
To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, we develop a wide variety of oval shapes as well as options for custom printing on them. This has the advantage that the tube looks different, catches the eye more quickly and offers more space for branding and the product message. All of this is done with a level of quality we can rightly be proud of.
Using pressure and heat, a film (available in various colors, in both matte and glossy finishes) is applied to the tube using a custom-made printing plate. The layer is separated from the backing film to leave the design. A particularly attractive decorative look is created through the pressure and temperature exerted. We work with a reliable manufacturer that can produce printing plates within two working days.
This printing process stands out for its smooth color gradients and precise use of spot colors. The colors are not printed on top of each other but are instead applied specifically as individual shades. If the goal is a design featuring an illustration, it should be created in the design studio using spot colors. Our printing plates are produced in-house using state-of-the-art laser technology (CTP), which guarantees flawless reproducibility. This method is particularly suitable for white or pastel-colored tubes.

Our screens are manufactured using state-of-the-art laser technology (CTP), which guarantees flawless reproducibility and high resolution. In this process, the colors are printed on top of each other, making it very easy to handle image files. Tubes of all colors can be printed using the screen printing method due to the high color opacity that can be achieved.

In this way, we make an immediately noticeable contribution to faster sales while maintaining consistently high quality. Even for small order quantities, tubes can be printed with photorealistic images in multiple colors using more than 10 shades.
