Your profile:

  • You will work independently to support our world-renowned clients in the cosmetics industry.
  • You will coordinate with our clients to ensure the successful and efficient processing of production orders.
  • You will act as an effective communication hub for external and internal contacts.
  • You will actively keep our clients informed about project progress, delivery dates and technical innovations.
  • You are meticulous and reliable, and ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
  • You will support the company’s efforts towards sustainable and resource-efficient production and supply chains.

Your skills:

  • An advanced level of French is an essential requirement.
  • You have an open personality and are able to communicate effectively.
  • You are strongly customer- and service-oriented.
  • You are meticulous, reliable and highly committed.
  • You are a strong team player.
  • Ideally, you will have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship.
  • You have advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • You may already have some initial experience in project management.
