Technical Facilities Manager

Your profile:

Planning, co-ordinating and supervising maintenance, servicing and repair work
Monitoring external service providers and accepting completed work
You will act as an effective communication hub for external and internal contacts.
Co-ordinating refurbishments, conversions and modernisation projects
Carrying out minor technical work and troubleshooting (hands-on tasks)
Ideally, acting as a fire safety officer or safety specialist (or willingness to undertake training)

Completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, HVAC, building services engineering, mechanical engineering, HTL or equivalent)
You have an open personality and are a good communicator.
Professional experience in facility management, building services or technical building management / property management is an advantage
Knowledge of fire safety and/or training as a safety officer is an advantage
High level of commitment, reliability and team spirit
Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple areas of responsibility efficiently
Class B driving licence required
