Plastics with exceptionally good properties
We manufacture the various components of our lip balm sticks using an injection molding process. Our rigorous quality control ensures that all components meet the highest standards in terms of dimensional accuracy, surface quality and color. All components are assembled in accordance with customer requirements and preferences using screen printing or digital printing. We combine the individual components in a wide variety of ways, meaning you have a multitude of lip balm sticks to choose from.
Materials & variants
In addition to our future-oriented mono-material PP solutions, we also offer lip balm sticks made from mono-material r-PP.
Mono-material PP consists entirely or predominantly of polypropylene and thus supports a functional cycle: the material is highly recyclable, 100 percent if collected and sorted properly. As a result, mono-material PP can help meet future regulatory requirements (e.g. PPWR) today, without compromising on quality, functionality or design.
Mono-material r-PP takes another step into the future and is made from polypropylene that has already been collected, sorted and recycled.
Photorealistic and high-resolution
Digital printing
With a brand-new digital printing process, TUPACK takes your lip balm stick to a whole new level with photorealistic prints and precise color matching.
Screen printing
The ink is printed directly onto the tube through a screen, which we manufacture using modern laser technology (CTP). High-quality images printed with high opacity make your product shine.
Hot foil stamping
A film is applied to the tube using pressure and heat via a custom-made printing plate. The high temperatures and forces involved result in particularly brilliant decoration which can be created in a very short space of time.

To conserve resources, our products are shipped using new pallets made exclusively from heat-treated wood, cardboard made from 100% recycled material and plastic with a high content of recycled material.
